WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
Many of my clients first can’t imagine how they would fall in love with one photo of themselves, let alone up to 50! (We’re so critical of ourselves.) But because of my process for helping you magnetize your personal brand, it’s common for my clients to have a hard time choosing 50 images from all the images we created! That’s why I also offer options for purchasing additional images. Each additional image is only $225.
I often work with clients with partners or team members they’d like to feature in their branding sessions. Let’s plan together who you’d like to feature during the session. That way, I can coordinate with my Dream Team so your partners and team members also have an incredible experience!
BRANDING VIDEO Option
I also offer video packages to compliment your branding photographs. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is worth millions! I’ll help you communicate the messages that resonate with your audience and have them engage and connect with you. Make sure to ask about my video services when we chat!

My signature service, Magnetize Your Brand, is designed to create branded portraits that attract your ideal clients.
step One: Pre-Branding Consultation with Kim
A 30-minute deep dive into your brand and goals so we can create a great vibe for your photography session and so you can get the branded images that will help you achieve your goals.
wardrobe stylist consultation
About two weeks before your personal branding session, one of our stylists will visit to help you pull together five different looks and accessories to bring to the photo shoot. You’ll spend about an hour with the wardrobe stylist, which is the perfect time for this essential consultation. (If you want to spend more time with the stylist, or have the stylist go shopping with you, you can negotiate directly with the wardrobe stylist.)
step two: Personal branding session
When you arrive for your personal branding session, a professional hairstylist will style your hair according to your preferences. Our dream team will get you camera-ready while you still look like your natural, beautiful self.
I will guide you on the poses that will look best for your body, personality, and branding. Every session is customized according to your personal brand. Expect to spend between 4 hours on your branding session.
Step three: Review
We’ll regroup about two weeks after your branding session to review your images. I’ll help you narrow the portriats to choose the ones that best represent your unique personal brand!

CAVEATS
Payment terms: I can do payment plans, or you can pay 100% upfront on my services, which allows me to commit my time to you and begin the pre-work necessary for you to have an amazing experience and set of images. Also, I engage my “Dream Team” to begin working on your behalf. In other words, a lot of pre-work goes into your session! I also charge sales tax for my services. (The government requires me to do so.)
Cancellations: You can cancel your service within 10 business days of the appointment and get a refund, minus any fees incurred.
Rescheduling: Let me know at your earliest convenience if you need to reschedule your session. We’ll settle on a new day/time that works for us.
Additional Options: I try to bundle all my costs into one fair price for you to keep it easy for you. (Nobody likes to be nickeled and dimed.) With that said, many of my clients like to add additional services. We’ll go over additional options during the time of booking, but here are a few that many of my clients would like to add:
Additional images (beyond your package): $225 for a High-Resolution
Reels videos - This is the perfect add-on to your branding session, as you already have your wardrobe styled, hair styled, and camera-ready makeup at the perfect location. We will capture social-media-ready video content on your phone. This short-form 9:16 video content can be posted to TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Get multiple videos so you can mix and match to reuse your content. I’ll help you with content ideas to maximize your investment.
Additional subjects - (such as business partners): $850 additional per person
